The dramatic rescue occurred at Andheri Railway Station in Mumbai, India, on Sunday (Feb 16) as the Lok Shakti Express was departing from Platform 8. CCTV footage shows Rajendra Mangalilal, 40, who was was headed to Ahmedabad, boarding the train but he misses a step and loses his balance. A police officer quickly notices the danger and sprints towards him, pulling him away from the tracks just in time.

The blaze saw a caravan near Clifton Downs in Bristol destroyed – amid ongoing issues with locals. Hundreds of people in Bristol live in roadside vans and caravans – amid soaring rent prices. Teenagers who perceive themselves as overweight are three times more likely to consider self-harming, warns new research. The heightened risk is present regardless of whether the youngster is medically overweight, say American scientists. Study lead author Professor Philip Baiden, of The University of Texas at Arlington, said: “What we found was that the perception of being overweight has a much stronger effect on suicidal ideation than the objective measure of weight. “This finding ties neatly into recent calls to reconsider how accurate BMI is as a tool for diagnosing individuals as overweight or obese.” Prof Baiden and his colleagues analyzed…
